Finally, customized printouts of the quote and order confirmation are produced.

From this section, the quote, once it becomes an order, is processed and managed as a transportation service. It is possible to assign the rental to a specific vehicle (including third-party vehicles), drivers, and manage trip data according to the service to be performed, producing a travel log that contains all the service information the driver needs for its completion. There is also an accounting management section where accounting data can be entered or modified, and any expenses incurred by drivers during the service, billable or not to the customer, can be added.

The module allows for managing the accounting related to both customer invoicing, with the printing of accounting documents and transfer to the accounting procedure, and supplier statements. It is possible to generate single or cumulative invoices for the customer, for both deposits and balances, and credit notes. The procedure also manages the production of files for electronic invoicing and allows for interfacing with external accounting systems.
